So i thought i would share my new army with you all and give you something to follow whilst youre painting your own army.
This is my new nurlge army that was started from the release of the Dark Vengeance box set
So it didnt take me long to build these models and omg the detail in every single model. How can you not fall in love with them. They have so much conversion potential but with these i decided to leave my cultists as follows of nurgle rather than start mutating them.
This was my first green stuffing attempt. Id love to see everyone else green stuff conversions!
I started testing different methods to get a good nurgle paint scheme. I used a deathworld forest base, nurgling green and ogryn camo highlights with a athonian camoshade wash.
A TANK ARRIVED! My girlfriend bought me it for christmas, and it took me mere minutes to start building it. Also didnt take me long to start green stuffing the hell out of it and when i get my phone back i will take pictures of this.
And this is my finished Nurgle Hellbrute. He has leadbelcher trim which was then washed with devlin mud ( old wash i know but i havent fully restocked my paints) His horns and tentacles were painted with bleach bone and then a ceramite white highlight. Also the multi melta was given the same treatment and the cables and wires also. I decided to make them look flesh and bone like. What do you guys think? C & C is most welcome.
Happy wargaming my friends
